Escogimos el recorrido downtown de 90 min y la verdad no tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento para Alen. The segways are easy to drive and so much fun; my daughter wants one for Christmas now. What really made the tour special was our guide, Felipe.  His energy, enthusiasm, and kindness were unparalleled. In fact, the day after the Madrid segway tour, we rented karts to go through Retiro Park just so we could see him again.  I also highly recommend this activity!  The park is huge--very relaxing, but a lot of walking; renting karts was the perfect way to get around.  Again, Felipe made the experience memorable; we are so grateful for his generosity and hospitality in Madrid!

Alen was excellent with me and my two teenage sons - really clear with the instructions and made us all feel comfortable straight away. He was very informative throughout, but in a very easy, conversational way that kept it interesting the whole time. Alen also takes brilliant photos and he made sure we didn’t miss any of the seasonal highlights - the ones he took of us by the tulips in the Opera area are amazing. Alen knows his plants and has a real appreciation for nature, which added something extra to the tour. Highly recommend their Downtown tour to explore the city.

 Trustindex verifica que la fuente original de la reseña sea Google. Once again in Madrid and taking for the second time the Segway tour through El Retiro with Madrid Segway Tours!! It was amazing! The team (thanks Alen) was super friendly, they teach you and the route is really enjoyable. We visited some other of the most iconic spots. I’d definitely do it again! Btw, best is to stop in the ancient Mercado San Miguel and delight with Spanish tapas.

 Trustindex verifica que la fuente original de la reseña sea Google. Unos amigos nos recomendaron hacer un tour en segway con Madrid Segway por el centro de Madrid y fue todo un acierto. El guía tuvo mucha paciencia para enseñarnos a usar el segway y en pocos minutos ya estábamos disfrutando del recorrido. Las explicaciones fueron muy entretenidas y llenas de curiosidades, lo que hizo el tour aún más interesante. Totalmente recomendable.
